Student have learn how to manage and running the milling machine, the safety must taken when using milling machine although how to cares this machine. Student also learn the CNC machine works. But they don't care about the differences about this two machine. Although this two machine have same function that can machine the metal into the form we want, but it have rather much difference technologically.

The conventional milling machine only have a 3 axis machine but CNC have 3,4, and 5 axis that can machine the work piece more faster and also have a high accuracy. That was one difference between the conventional and CNC machine. although this two machine have a disadvantages and advantages that we can know after we compare this two machine.

If we want to create something, a lot of aspect we must take before we create it, in other else we also want to give a benefit to other people. The benefit for the manufacturing student UMP student is :-

Why we want to this project? This is the question that must we answer before we decide to chose this project. We want to do this project because we know that manufacturing student have learn how to use this two machine but their don’t now the different of this to machine. So we decide to choose this title so the manufacturing student can compare and understand more than their study about this two machine.

This project also can use for student from the other faculty so they know what kind of this machine, What this machine can do and how this machine works.
